Each guests parking space will be directly in front of their room. If your group is bringing more than one vehicle, please park one behind the other

Guests are allowed to park their boats in our boat parking area, reach out to us for more info!

You will be sent a unique room code for your room 24 hours prior to your arrival!

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the rooms or on the property. A $175+ fee will be charged for smell remediation if smoking or vaping occurs in the room.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted. Service animals are always permitted. For approved pets, guests must clean up after them. Additional fees may apply for any damages caused.
Guest Count: All guests, including children and infants, must be listed on the reservation. The total guest count must match the booking.
Late Check-Out: Check-out time is at 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $50 fee. If you'd like to extend your stay, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Toilets: Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, even if labeled “flushable,” or other non-disposable items to prevent plumbing issues.
Parties and Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Cleaning fees starting at $150 will apply if additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or parties. Exterior Cameras: For your safety and ours, security cameras are in use on the exterior of the property. Do not tamper with or disable them.
Damages and Missing Items: Please report any damages or missing items during your stay. Additional charges may apply for unreported issues found after check-out.
Trash: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside your room to avoid attracting pests.
Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance for unexpected events. Refunds cannot be provided due to inclement weather or other disruptions beyond our control.
No Drugs or Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
Respect for Property: Please leave the room in good condition. Excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional fees.
Maintenance: Light maintenance may occur during your stay. If service is required, we will provide advance notice whenever possible.

You will be sent the Wifi information 24 hours prior to your arrival!

Our motel does not have central air- but rather we have baseboard heaters in the winter for heat, and window units for air conditioning in the summer! Each of the units has it's own controls, so you will be able to adjust your rooms temperature to your liking!

Check-in: 3:00pm CST, unless otherwise agreed upon. Early Check-Ins are available on a case by case basis with varied fees based on the requested time.

Check-out: 11:00am CST, unless otherwise agreed upon. Late Check-Outs are available on a case by case basis with varied fees based on the requested time.

Sometimes guests ask us what they can do to help clean up. We do not require anything as we know you're busy packing up, but if you did want to help out here are some things you could do:

• Please leave the linens on the beds.

• For used towels, please put them in a pile on the floor of the bathroom.

• If you moved furniture please move it back.

• If something didn't work during your stay, please let us know.

• Clean any used dishes you have in the sink.
